Farah Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team in New Mexico.

 

We welcome candidates throughout New Mexico, with a preference for those located in the Albuquerque area. Candidates in Las Cruces, NM, or El Paso, TX, will also be considered if they are willing to travel to Albuquerque as needed.

 

Farah Law Group is a plaintiff personal injury law firm with offices across Texas and New Mexico, dedicated to helping individuals and families impacted by serious injuries and wrongful death. We are looking for a motivated attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and litigation.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from litigation through trial
Evaluate claims and provide strategic legal guidance
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions
Attend court hearings, conferences, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress
Document case activity using Litify case management software
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications

Active New Mexico Bar license required
Active Texas Bar license strongly preferred
5+ years of personal injury and litigation experience required
Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
