The State Bar of New Mexico (SBNM) seeks qualified applicants to join our team as a full-time (40 hours/week) Business Development Manager (BDM). The successful incumbent will be responsible for leading and executing the State Bar of New Mexico’s non-dues revenue initiatives, including Bar Bulletin advertising sales, sponsorship development, and room rental business development at the State Bar Center. This position manages the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, relationship development, proposal preparation, contract coordination, and renewal management. The BDM will also maintain accurate pipeline reporting through the organization’s CRM system and collaborate with Communications, Operations, and Accounting to ensure a seamless client experience. Salary: $55,000-$60,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications This position is eligible for a performance-based incentive tied to achievement of non-dues revenue goals. The State Bar of New Mexico (SBNM) seeks qualified applicants to join our team as a full-time (40 hours/week) Deputy General Counsel (DGC). The successful incumbent will support the General Counsel in providing legal advice and services to the SBNM, its Board of Bar Commissioners, and senior management, including assisting with legal research, drafting, and program development within the Office of General Counsel (OGC). The DGC will also manage the development and administration of a State Bar Succession Planning Program for members, including direct service as a designated successor attorney for participating members.
