The State Bar of New Mexico (SBNM) seeks qualified applicants to join our team
as a full-time (40 hours/week) Business Development Manager (BDM). The
successful incumbent will be responsible for leading and executing the State Bar
of New Mexico’s non-dues revenue initiatives, including Bar Bulletin advertising
sales, sponsorship development, and room rental business development at the
State Bar Center. This position manages the full sales lifecycle including
prospecting, relationship development, proposal preparation, contract
coordination, and renewal management. The BDM will also maintain accurate
pipeline reporting through the organization’s CRM system and collaborate with
Communications, Operations, and Accounting to ensure a seamless client
experience. Salary: $55,000-$60,000/year, depending on experience and
qualifications This position is eligible for a performance-based incentive tied
to achievement of non-dues revenue goals. Generous benefits package included.
