We need to hire highly qualified attorneys for civil defense litigation in the areas of civil rights, vehicle and premises liability, and employment.  The job also involves a significant amount of appellate work in state and federal courts.  Litigation experience is preferred, but we offer a strong mentorship opportunity for qualified candidates.

We also need an attorney to represent our clients’ rights in property tax cases ensuring large corporations and individuals are paying their fair share of taxes for public services.  You would join our team assisting New Mexico county assessors administer county property taxes.

Finally, we need an attorney to supply day-to-day representation necessary for governments to better serve the public.  General counsel work for local governments and state agencies is diverse and intellectually challenging.

The job involves support of elected officials and government employees, drafting and enforcing laws, complying with federal and state regulations, maintaining public services, and enriching the quality of life in our communities.
